Bruschetta


Ingredients

  • 3 Large Plum Tomatoes
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1/4 cup Onions diced
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Dice tomatoes and mince garlic.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Chill for several hours. Serve with sliced French Bread.
